PRICE LIST APARTMENTS
From € 80 to € 150 per night
Children 0-3 years free (cot on request)
Private Garage € 20 per day (ask for availability)
The final cleaning is included in the price
The kitchenette must be left in order and clean
Access to the building and the apartments is via coded badge.
You will be charged the sum of € 20 for each badge is lost or not returned
The tourist tax is not included in the price
Upon confirmation the guest book you have read and accept the following terms and conditions:
GENERAL CONDITIONS
Apartments or rooms are available after 02.00 pm
Check-in from 02.00 pm to 07.00 pm
Check out by 11:00 am (otherwise you will be charged the full amount)
To facilitate the reception of guests is welcome the arrival advice
Inside the structure is no smoking allowed
Pets not allowed (if small check availability)
Children under 3 years stay free of charge (free baby cot)
For each booking carried out also by telephone, followed by a confirmation email
When booking you require a deposit by bank transfer
Any cancellation must be notified with a notice of at least 7 days before scheduled arrival date.
In case of cancellation after this date or no-show communication, the amounts paid will be fully retained
Any damage caused by the guest will be immediately charged to the same card provided as collateral at the time of booking
Payment by Bank Transfer, Cash
TOURIST TAX
As required by resolution of the City Council of Verona No. 61 of 12/07/2012 and subsequent additions and modifications, the tourist tax is set at € 3.50 per person per night, with a maximum of five nights per month , for older than 14 years
HOW TO REACH BORSARI APARTMENTS
Corso Porta Borsari, 57 - 37121 Verona - Italy
Motorway exit VERONA SUD: take the underpass in the direction of Verona center, continue straight on the Viale delle Nazioni, Viale del Lavoro and Viale Piave.
Just past Porta Nuova, at the traffic lights turn left onto circonvallazione Oriani, continue straight until Porta Palio and the traffic lights turn right on the stradone Porta Palio,
continue for Corso Cavour until Porta Borsari
Motorway exit VERONA NORD: at the roundabout take the first exit, the SS62 road, take the first exit on the right towards Verona Centro.
Browse around the T4-T9 trunk to the traffic lights. Turn left on viale L. from Cero, at the roundabout turn right until Porta Palio,
at the traffic lights go straight on stradone Porta Palio, corso Cavour until Porta Borsari
PORTA NUOVA railway station: you can choose to walk along Corso Porta Nuova 1.7 km, cross Piazza Bra and then Via Oberdan.
Porta Borsari is at the end of Via Oberdan, on the right. Alternatively you can take buses 21, 22, 23, 24, 41, 61 (weekdays) 93, 94, 95 (evening and holidays) and get off at Porta Borsari
VALERIO CATULLO Airport: with shuttle bus to the Porta Nuova railway station and then proceed as above
