PRICE LIST APARTMENTS
From € 80 to € 150 per night
Children 0-3 years free (cot on request)
Private Garage € 20 per day (ask for availability)
The final cleaning is included in the price
The kitchenette must be left in order and clean
Access to the building and the apartments is via coded badge.
You will be charged the sum of € 20 for each badge is lost or not returned
The tourist tax is not included in the price
Upon confirmation the guest book you have read and accept the following terms and conditions:
GENERAL CONDITIONS
Apartments or rooms are available after 02.00 pm
Check-in from 02.00 pm to 07.00 pm
Check out by 11:00 am (otherwise you will be charged the full amount)
To facilitate the reception of guests is welcome the arrival advice
Inside the structure is no smoking allowed
Pets not allowed (if small check availability)
Children under 3 years stay free of charge (free baby cot)
For each booking carried out also by telephone, followed by a confirmation email
When booking you require a deposit by bank transfer
Any cancellation must be notified with a notice of at least 7 days before scheduled arrival date.
In case of cancellation after this date or no-show communication, the amounts paid will be fully retained
Any damage caused by the guest will be immediately charged to the same card provided as collateral at the time of booking

TOURIST TAX
As required by resolution of the City Council of Verona No. 61 of 12/07/2012 and subsequent additions and modifications, the tourist tax is set at € 3.50 per person per night, with a maximum of five nights per month , for older than 14 years
